Consistency Rule for Live Funded Accounts

The Consistency Rule is designed to help you build sustainable trading habits and demonstrate consistent performance over time.

To comply with the Consistency Rule, your most profitable trading day must not account for more than 45% of your total realised profits. At Falcon Funded, we aim to identify traders who consistently manage risk and generate stable results over time. The Consistency Rule encourages disciplined trading rather than relying on a single exceptional trading day.

Important

  • Failing to meet the Consistency Rule does not result in an account breach or termination.
  • If your most profitable trading day exceeds 45% of your total realised profits, you may continue trading until the Consistency Rule has been satisfied.
  • The Consistency Rule will continue to apply until your third payout request has been approved. Once your third payout request has been successfully approved, the Consistency Rule will no longer apply to your Funded Account.
  • Once the Consistency Rule has been met, and all other applicable payout requirements have been satisfied, you will be eligible to receive your payout.

Example

If your total realised profit is $10,000, your most profitable trading day must not exceed $4,500 (45%).

If your highest-profit trading day generates more than $4,500, you may continue trading until that day’s contribution falls to 45% or below of your total realised profits.
