Most trades are restricted to market open hours. The market closes on Fridays at 21:00 UTC and reopens on Sundays at 21:00 UTC. Trading is disabled outside of market hours, and open trades will be automatically closed when the market closes.
There is an exception for cryptocurrency trading on Swing challenges. Cryptocurrencies can be traded throughout the week, including weekends, with breaks between 22:00 – 23:00 UTC and 10:00 – 14:00 UTC.
